Please read the following to ensure a smooth pick-up process.  If you have not provided a picture of your driver’s license and need to purchase our insurance, or send us proof insurance please do so now by going to modify reservation on our website or you can text it to us at 480-999-0357 with the reservation number as it is required before you are allowed to pick up the vehicle.

THIS IS A CONTACTLESS PICKUP PROCESS THERE IS WILL BE NO REPRESENTATIVE ONSITE FOR PICK UP. THE PARKING LOT STAFF  CANNOT ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR RENTAL NEEDS. PLEASE TEXT US 480-999-0357 US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. UPON PICKUP PLEASE HAVE DOCUMENTS LOADED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH PICKUP PROCESS. DO NOT TAKE RENTAL CAR SHUTTLE OR GO TO RENTAL CAR CENTER

You would be picking up the car at the Preflight offsite airport parking garage 44 N 44th St or 44 S 44th St Phoenix AZ 85034 (depending on what map app you are using). The cars would be parked at the OUTDOOR COVERED LOT. We will let you know where the car is parked right before your pick up time.

SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS-

To get to the preflight parking from the airport, you would have to take a free shuttle (LOOK FOR BIG RED SHUTTLE WITH A CHECK MARK ON IT THAT SAYS PREFLIGHT PARKING)

From BAGGAGE CLAIM:

TERMINAL 3 – On the NORTH side (when you come down the escalators to the right) of the terminal, go to the outer curb near door 7 by the “Courtesy Vehicle” sign.

TERMINAL 4- On the NORTH side of the terminal only, go to the outer curb near the sign that says “courtesy shuttle”

GET OFF AT WEST LOBBY AFTER-HOURS SHUTTLE? (11PM – 8AM) CALL: 602.267.0166

Local Pickup

If you being dropped off at the rental car. Please go to 44 N 44th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 and follow the YELLOW signs for (OUTDOOR LOT) and proceed to the row that will be provided shortly before your reservations starts.

From the Rental Car Center.

You have 2 options. You can Uber to 44 N 44th St Phoenix or you can take the SkyRail from the rental car center to the last stop which is 44th St/Washington. Once you get off follow the  signs to 44th Street. Cross the Washington Street and the parking garage is the first building on the left. Walk inside and follow the signs to the outdoor lot. The car will be parked out there. Shortly before your reservations starts we will message you with the exact location of where the car is.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LICENSE PLATE MATCHES. To get out of the lot use the keycard (which is in lockbox/in car) scan it on the kiosk to go in and out of the garage.

TO USE THE LOCKBOX: Please input the passcode that will be provided and pull down or turn on the top center latch. If it doesn’t work or you put the wrong passcode press on black tab in the bottom middle button to reset the lockbox. PLEASE TAKE DOWN LOCKBOX WHEN DRIVING or YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGING THE LOCKBOX.

Upon exiting the garage you can use a white keycard (in the image below) to exit and enter the garage.

Please drop it off at the same outdoor lot and text us (which model and color) at 480-999-0357 which row is parked at. Shuttles run 24/7.  Address for the lot would be: 44 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034 TO USE THE LOCKBOX: Please input the passcode and pull down on the silver tab. If it doesn’t work or you put the wrong passcode press on black tab in the bottom middle button to reset the lockbox. Please refer to the message when the vehicle was picked up for lockbox code  PLEASE PLACE LOCKBOX CORRECTLY SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE CAR.
