Sky Harbor– If you are coming into Sky Harbor airport the car will be conveniently located at Preflight Parking Garage. There is a 24/7 free shuttle service to the car that goes from both Terminals 3 & 4 to the Parking Garage.

The Red Preflight shuttle runs every 4-6 minutes between the hours of 8am and 11pm. Outside those times call 602-267-0166 for shuttle pickup.
The Red Preflight shuttle for Terminal 3 is outside baggage claim at Door 9 or 11 then go to the outer curb and go the courtesy sign 9.
For Terminal 4 go out the north side Door 7 then go to the Outer Curb – Courtesy Vehicle Sign.
Once the car is ready, SnapCarz will message you the location of where it is in the Preflight parking garage.

We offer Snapcarz for individuals 21 and older. A reasonable fee for drivers under 25 will be apply to each SnapCarz rental. Certain Snapcarz are limited to 30 years and older drivers.

Report any accidents, theft, or damage to the authorities immediately
A police report at the time of the incident is required in order for any damage claim to be covered by CDW
Call the rental location number to report any roadside issues during business hours. For after hours, please keep all receipts and contact us as soon as possible
Proper registration, roadside, and insurance information are in the glove compartment
Smoking is prohibited and will result in a $250 fine and the loss of rental privileges
Mileage is limited on most contracts. Make sure to ask the rental agent for details
All drivers must provide a valid driver’s license at the time of the rental along with proof of insurance otherwise you can select a rental liability policy with Snapcarz. Absolutely no unauthorized drivers
Your Snapcarz may be equipped with a tracking device. Please do not tamper or remove devices are reported instantly. A fine of up to $250 will be charged.

What a great experience. Barry was extremely thorough in his instructions for picking up the car at the airport and we had absolutely no problems with finding and opening the car. We had some problems figuring out how to get it started and some of Tesla’s other quirks (first-time Tesla drivers) but throughout it all Barry was extremely responsive, proactive, helpful, and a great communicator. It’s no wonder he’s a super host. Would absolutely recommend renting from him.
