- Valid ride share/gig work account. Proof of account required at time of pick up
- Good driving record. No active license suspensions or restrictions.

Rates:
SUV (Kia Sportage or similar) : $65 Daily
Sedan (Ford Focus or similar): $50 Daily
Unfortunately we do not offer weekly rates at this time.
Deposit:
$100 for all makes and models
Forms of Payment Accepted:
Payments will be required to be paid from the renters name listed on the rental agreement. Payments from another individual not matching rents name will be sent back.

Basic Rules:
- Payment must be made by 10:30 PM each night. Failure to pay on time will result in payment default, which may lead to vehicle repossession or being reported to law enforcement as stolen.
- The renter must refill the gas tank of the vehicle within a 10-mile radius of the rental return facility. Below is the rate for how each 1/8 of the tank is charged per car class: SUV: $12.99 Sedan: $10.99
- Driving is restricted to the state where it is picked up, and it is NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN TO ANY OTHER COUNTRY. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, which would lead to the vehicle being reported stolen or repossessed.
- The minimum age to rent a vehicle from SnapCarz is 18 years.
- Valid US license. No international license or permits
- Renters are responsible for all tolls and tickets.Charges are calculated weekly and need to be paid 24hrs within of billing. Failure to pay may result in penalties and termination of the rental.
- Trackers: Tampering or removal is strictly prohibited and will result in fines, possible law enforcement reporting, and repossession.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will result in: Forfeiture of the deposit and ban from future rental
- SnapCarz may conduct routine inspections. Renters will receive 12–15 hours’ notice.
