You will pick up the vehicle from our offsite parking lot which is 5-10 min from the airport from our complementary shuttle. From there, proceed to the location of the vehicle we have provided to you and you are on your way!

Upon drop-off, please make sure you have all of your perosnal belongings and remeber to places the key where you orginally retrived them from and head to the shuttle that will take you back to the airport!

Yes, the minimum age requirement will be 21 years old. Renters under 25 years of age will have to pay an underage fee (fee depends on car class and location). Some cars have age restrictions. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Modifying your reservation is very simple! Please go to the home page and login into your reservation, from there you can cancel, and modify dates/times of your reservation. For reservation extensions or exchanges please contact us via text or phone.

– Please follow local driving rules and regulations. 

– Please treat our vehicles like they are yours.

– Report to us as soon as possible if you are involved in an accident or your protection coverage maybe invalid.

– Do not tamper with trackers or there will be charges.

– No smoking, vaping, or E-cigerattes are allowed in our vehicles. 

– Please have you rental agreement handy with you at all times as it will be a guide on how to use our process.

We accept all major credit card companies. Any debit or gift cards are not accepted.

Guest may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the renters trip starts. Guest who book within 24 hours of their trip start have one after booking to cancel for free. All renters that cancel within 24 hours of start will be charged the whole entire rental amount. If Snapcarz cancels due to unavailability or maintenance issues, the renter will receive a full refund.
